Near Earth seeks and obtains the highest quality investment banking talent
available. We empower our professionals with the resources and support they
need to build and maintain our position as a leader in mergers &
acquisitions, corporate finance and financial advisory transactions.
Because the firm has a small group of employees and turnover is minimal,
we don't actively recruit new full-time employees. As we expand, we look to
our networks of known talent to find qualified candidates. We do, however,
have a regular intern program for MBA students. We use interns for a variety
of tasks, particularly focused on industry research and data gathering,
under the guidance of senior bankers. This has proven to be a valuable
experience for both the student-interns and Near Earth.
